Become a Team Leader
Good leadership is essential for any mission trip to succeed. Proverbs 11:14 expresses this idea when it says: “Where there is no guidance the people fall, but in abundance of counselors there is victory.”
We believe that the leadership on our teams is what makes the short-term mission experience with Crossroads Missions that much more impactful. Our leaders are on fire for the gospel, show love and compassion to everyone they come in contact with, and want to see the gospel advanced in the Kingdom of God.
