Are you a youth pastor, team leader, or church outreach coordinator looking for new opportunities? We have years of experience organizing mission trips, and we’d love to set up a trip for you and your team!
STEPS TO PLANNING A CUSTOM TRIP
DETERMINE TRIP LOCATION
We can plan a trip for you anywhere you’d like to go. We do, however, have some locations where we’re already working and have ongoing relationships! Check out our list below of recommended custom trip locations.
HOW MANY? HOW LONG?
After speaking with us about possible trip opportunities, you’ll need to determine your desired trip location, approximate group size, and the approximate time frame for your trip.
MAKE A DEPOSIT AND REVIEW TRIP BUDGET.
Once your trip is decided, make a $50 deposit to secure your trip. After you’ve made your deposit, we’ll create a budget for your trip based on your trip’s details — then you can review and approve it.
COMPLETE YOUR FORMS.
After we complete your budget, you will then sign a few financial commitment forms to secure your trip dates and the planning process with Crossroads Missions.
PREPARE, TRAIN, AND GO!
Once all forms are complete and the deadlines are met, we will begin the preparation and training process for your group!

Partner: Engadi Ministries
Host Name: Nathan Hardeman
Group Size: 10-30
Experience Needed (Age Range): Entry Level
Quick Facts: Construction, ESL, Family Festival, Cultural DaySummary: “Transforming communities by building at-risk boys into godly men and resourcing families to reach their full potential in Christ.”
Engadi Ministries exists to provide a safe and nurturing environment to youth who have been trapped within the cycles of poverty and violence that characterize Guatemala City’s slums, helping them to achieve their full potential in Christ Jesus. We believe all children deserve the chance to pursue a brighter future, and we strive to make that hope attainable through community-wide services that include education, home construction, and health education. Specifically, we strive to identify boys with a drive to succeed, and to support their growth as “mighty men” who will value family, love God and change their communities for the better. A comprehensive, sustained approach is critical. So we serve boys’ spiritual, physical, and intellectual needs over the long-term, encouraging them to pursue ambitious goals.
Engadi Ministries is called to do just this—rescue and disciple the youth who currently reside in the neighborhood called el Paraiso in Zone 18 of Guatemala City, Guatemala.
Core Values: 1) Centered on the Gospel (Romans 1:16-17) ; 2) Serve with Love (Matthew 20:28) ; 3) Value Everyone (Psalms 139:13-16) ; 4) Honor God (Colossians 3:17 & 23) ; 5) Live in Fellowship (1 Peter 3:8)
On an Engadi Ministries trip, you’ll be immersed in the sights and sounds of Guatemala. You will likely be involved in construction projects, literally laying bricks to shelter those without homes or hope. You will serve children inside Guatemala City’s Zone 18 neighborhoods, a destitute community neglected even by many public services. Where 72% of children have no access to schools, you will become part of an ongoing program to educate children for a brighter future.

Summary / Mission:
Ethnos360 is steadfast in its goal of reaching people who have no access to the Gospel. That was the vision for our ministry when we were founded in 1942 as New Tribes Mission, and it is our vision today. Paul Fleming and five others had no funds or organization behind them when they dared to trust God to establish NTM. "It seemed that the Lord had pushed us into something, and we were confident that no man started New Tribes Mission; the Lord brought it into existence in spite of us," Paul wrote. Ethnos360 continues to trust God, and God continues to be glorified. Today more than 3,000 missionaries serve throughout the world, and training programs in more than a dozen countries prepare missionaries for service among the thousands of tribes who have yet to hear.
